Firestore mounting on A1
Hi gang,
Having my new XH-A1 in the mail for delivery and having my old Firestore FS-4 on the desk here, I'm starting to winder where to put the thing, som it will be most handy for "run-n'-gun" situations. I have looked at the Bebob holder, and it seems like a good solution (but it's so bloody expensive) - so I wondered how you guys have mounted the Firestore? All ideas highly welcome - we might even have a brainstorm for new and innovative solutions :-) Peter in Denmark |

Hi Clay,
Thanks for the info. That was useful, indeed. By following the thread, I ended up with this: http://www.bracket1.com/bracket-1hd-mounting.php The bracket and the special Velco-plate for mounting a Firestore. Approx. half the price of the Bebob-solution, and more accessible - but will probably be a bit side-heavy. We'll see... Peter |

Hi Peter, I like that bracket mounting system you posted a link to. I can't find the velcro plate for securing on that website though...Is it on that site or are you referring to something else?

OK, I'm an idiot I just found it. Let me know how it works out for you once you get it all up and running.
