If you shoot in a PAL mode (25p or 50i) and play it back on a computer lcd that is 60hz you will see small jerks in playback. That's because the 50 frames will not fit perfectly into the 60hz playback rate.

CRT monitors are better in this regard as they can do 100hz and it will look great.
