Cheap Mic Windscreen

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y15...a/DSC_0076.jpg

For whats it's worth, thought I would mention that if you are looking for a cheap way of trying to cut down on wind noise then the Samson WS03 Windscreen is ideal. It fits perfectly without any mods wahtsoever. Obviously, you could spend a lot more but...if your on a budget, at £3.99 ($8) it doesn't get much better.

Should find a dealer if you Google it.

You can use any cheap Windscreen that fits on standard handheld microphone - such a Shure 58. Foam is good as popfilter - but as windscreen will such one (10USD) be more effective.

Yep...that would certainly cut down on the wind noise.....it's a picture of a Hard Case?

If you e-mail me the pic, I can put on on for you.

Hold On! Got you now, it's pic No 3 if you click on the little play button. That looks great, where did you get that one?

The velcro matte box looks nice to. Who does that?

Nice hard case also. Who does that?

if you want a soft mattebox/sunshade look at this

if you want a soft mattebox/sunshade look at this

www.cinetactics.com , go there and look at the dv mattlebox. It is made for dv cameras but is suggested for the xha1 over their hd mattlebox.
