Traveling with FireStore

Are there any risks posed by airport security scanning stations (X-rays, etc) to my FireStore or other external hard drives? I wouldn't think so, but I have had such limited experience traveling by flight that I'm not sure if the security equipment causes any threat to any of my video stuff.

Thanks.

Brandon though I don't have a Firestone, I travel frequently with my laptop and 2 hard drives (Smart Disk) and have put them through many airport x-ray screening without a problem.
