How do I lower the headset volume....??

Hey All.....

I use a headset to monitor my audio when I'm shooting, but the volume is set at max, and way too loud....I've scoured the manual and have gone through the menu options, but can't find how to do it....is there a secret....??

thanks.

it's the little wheel dial on the outside of the camera, at the back to the left of the battery enclosure that doubles as the menu selection scrolling wheel (has a little audio icon beside it if you look close

i didn't find it at first either - i think it took someone mentioning it here to clue in
