XF105 and live feed help
Hello I work at a school teaching photo/video. I have to start off I am more of a photo person than video. I was asked to figure out a way to five feed some assemblies and liturgies to as projector. So they would like me to feed our cameras to a Mac Book Pro, then to the screen. We are planning on getting 2 Canon XF105s , and at some point expanding to 3.
What I would like would be some ideas on what equipment and software that would help me accomplish this. I would like to use the BNC connections on the XF105. Thanks for any help. |

I use both the XF105 and Ultra Studio SDI. You need a computer that has USB3 input. Works great. James

Re: XF105 and live feed help
So, the USB exit on this box will both serve as power supply and as output source of the XF feed?
Meaning that when I connect XF with SDI and this box to my macbooks USB port, it will be recognized as videosource in editing/streaming softwares (like Wirecast) ? |
