Interesting, seems like pretty good video... although the videos from Japan on YT doesn't run very smooth when I watched them. Can't wait for someone to put these new camera alongside the XH-A1/G1 for some tests, will make more sense as a benchmark for the "evolution" of Canon's pro cameras for many people like me who ownes an XH.

I have an XHG-1s, so can compare them, although not as clips (except noise/gain - see downloads). The XF305 is a tremendous evolution from XH; all the good bits have been retained, but dramatic improvements in LCD and VF, image quality, stabilisation and lens quality. No trace of chromatic aberration and much as I love tape, the CF card workflow is liberating. My favourite features? Waveform monitor, stunning and detailed lens + image quality. Nick.

Wow, I was expecting to see a jello effect somewhere in the bike footage but couldn't find any!
