New XF305 clip

I have just finished editing and grading a short I made with the XF305 a week or so back - it features a friend who composes and plays the most beautiful Classical Guitar.

The clip is around 4.40 and can be seen here:

NOTE: Looked at this again this morning - Colour is horrible. Re-grading now. Please do not judge camera by my bad use of Apple Color (Colorista is far nicer to use!)

Shot with overcast daylight and a couple of filtered redheads in a (slightly boring) beige room; a pity I don't have more continuous lighting to bring subject away from background.

As always, fire away with questions.

Oh, and yes there is some bird song in the background!

Nick.

Looks great! Really solid color....a welcome change from the XH world I am living in, and it's probably another year before I upgrade. It makes me sad just typing this.

OK, colour is looking better. Need to remember this is a pre-production camera and I had a couple of WB issues. Colorista to the rescue! The grade still needs more fine tuning, but life is hectic right now.

Thanks for comments!

Nick.
