Manual white balance setting kept In memory
Good morning, been a while since I last posted, one question I have today, on DSLR's you can take a photo of a Grey Card and save it to memory, to be used at a later date as a reference to set white balance, I cannot find out how to do this with the HF G 40.. Is this possible ?? Thanks as always appreciate your input.

Re: Manual white balance setting kept In memory
Blayde,
Hey. It's simple and pretty straight foward. Select your white balance option from the menu, selecting on of the custom icons, hold the grey card in front of the camera. I believe the icon will blink and then stop when it has acquired the custom white balance. Then it will show you the K setting. I like that in case when also shooting with an 80D I can then set the same white balance. The custom WB will remain unless you do another custom set. Hope this helps. I am recalling this from memory and do not have the camera in front of. Online manual.... https://www.manualslib.com/manual/10...page=67#manual jerry |
