XA10/HF G10 HDMI out while recording?
Has this been covered here?
What, if any, options do I have to send a signal via HDMI from the XA10 or HF G10 while recording? Thanks |

Re: XA10/HF G10 HDMI out while recording?
Does anyone know the answer to this question?
I am looking to buy one and use it with a video switcher. But I need to know if the hdmi out is a clean uncompressed signal. If so, I can use a hdmi to sdi adapter to run it to a switcher. But I cannot find the answer anywhere. Please if there is someone out there that has a xa 10 or hf g10, please help us. I have scoured the net and con not find the answer to this question. |

As far as I know the signal is "clean" and will be accepted for instance by a nanoFlash. Why not ask on the Convergent Design forum here?
