Night clips with the Canon XA-10
Just returned from trip to Asia.
JUst a few clips to show the good low light capabilities of this camera with its very good low noise and most important retention of good color with minimal or no gain Enjoy Thanks, Luis |

Re: Night clips with the Canon XA-10
Very nice colors, wish I could find a local setting like that!
On clip 7 are those scorpions on those sticks? (They appear to be alive, they are moving) Do they cook those while you wait? On clip 14 the woman is showing what appears to be some sort of spinning top, but it levitates. Please tell me you purchased one of those and can tell me how it works. Thanks for posting! |

Re: Night clips with the Canon XA-10
Hi David:
Yes they are live and they are cooked and people eat them, I saw it with my own eyes, some of them eat all kind of insects, not everyone in China does however. I really don't have the stomach for that. I almost buy the levitating spinning globe but I was called after the shot and then I forgot, it call my attention but don't know how it worked. Yes the most impressive feature of the XA-10 is how it holds the saturation of the colors even in low light situations it is amazing. These are all raw files, no post processing of any kind. Thanks for the comments Luis |

Re: Night clips with the Canon XA-10
Hi Robert:
These all were shot with 30p at Programed exposure mode and the only compensation with the Gain up or down depending what I saw in the LCD. Thanks for watching Luis |
