Good, cheap tripod system

Looking for opinions/advice on an inexpensive tripod system for the HV20. Should be robust enough to support a micro35/SLR lens/rails combo, as well.

Just looking for a basic product that's reasonably smooth starting and stopping.

"Good" and "cheap" are mutually exclusive terms... I think you mean good and "relatively inexpensive."
