Since the HR10 lacks microphone and headphone jacks, I'll pass.
Since the HV10 can be had now for nearly HALF the price, I can live with dealing with tapes. Since I edit, I have no choice really anyways. Unless the HR10 pull off some kind of low light miracle, it would be difficult to recommend the HR10 over the smaller HV10, unless one is completely adverse to editing. I hope someday there will be a better flash memory based cam. And one that has excellent performance, and plays nice with NLE's. -Ed |

Actually not too difficult, considering that by the time the HR10 starts shipping, the HV10 most likely won't be available anymore.

i wonder if the corel program will do the pulldown the pulldown for 24p from the hr10 to as well as editing and capturing any body know ?
