Will HV-20 play 24f from XH-A1? at DVinfo.net

Anyone have an answer to this? Does the HV-20 record 24p or 24f?
I want to play back 24f from my A1 on the HV-20.

according to the manual they will playback 24f and 30f shot on the prosumer cams. it records 24p into a 60i stream i.e. 29.97 versus the a1 which records to a 23.98 stream. i've got one on pre-order with b&h, can't wait. also the full manual is available from canon.
