can't get kona lh to 'see' HV10..?

Hi,
I think I've tried every possible config on the HV10 playout settings but my kona lh still says 'no video'. I'm going in component with some connecters (RCA-BNC male, and then a female BNC coupler to the kona BNC component inputs) Might these be the problem?

thanks.

is anyone using their HV10 and going into a Kona LH/e? would be grateful to know how they're doing it.

Gary

I can't help you, but can I ask why you don't simply capture using firewire ?

Hi Lee,

I want a workflow as similar to a DV one as possible in terms of time - so I want to bring in the HDV as DVCProHD for ease in post. I also needed the card for other analogue sources and for HD monitoring so I'm hoping to kill a few birds.

Try connecting the camera to the monitor (using component) to see if you are getting a signal from the camera.

Yes. Then you know it's the board/software/cables/connectors/etc.

No. Then you know it's the camera or camera cable.

Hi,

No, the camera and cabling are all fine, I put them through my HD projector. Any other tips?
