Separate audio solution
I'm interested in the HV10. Gee, this may be dumb but, I was wondering what kind of separate audio system might be cash effective. I have a Tran clip mic and a Senn 100 series wireless mic.
thanks, elmer |

No solution for this camera
There are no solutions accept getting an external recording device. There are no inputs or hotshoe for any mic or audio solution. i bought it as a deck to play back 24f and 30f. its a great camera for me for shooting Broll.

You're exactly right, my 'separate audio solution' must have been confusing--whoops--..but I am wondering, quality and cost the factors, what are the external recording devices available.
I've been looking around unsuccessfully, I think your 'external recording device' might be a better search phrase. Though if anyone knows of a specific system when I can utilize my Tram and Senn mics I'd love to hear about them. elmer |

2 quite new recorders, medium sd flash card, 24 bit, decent stereo mic built in:
Samson Zoom H4 and Edirol R-09. The H4 has XLR mic ins proving full phantom power, the R-09 stereo mini plug mic-in proving plug in power. |
