HV10 Sample Footage
I purchased an HV10 a few weeks ago, primarily as a personal camera and as a deck for the XLH1 and the newer Canon cameras. After a few days of use and comparing images from various cameras, I am truly surprised at the image quality. It sure gives many other HDV cameras a run for their money.

Most of these were auto settings. I have a few other clips that I will post tonight that demonstrate some of the manual and low-light capabilities of the camera.
Stay tuned....

Um, can you use CapDVHS next time and post some RAW files? I bet you re-coded these samples, the frame rate is 30p for god's sakes...
And yes, the guy yelling in the distance over and over again is making me crazy... I'd rather listen to Weird Al instead of that... |

Jack,
That isn't a guy. That was an audio export problem from Premiere Pro... Secondly, I will see if I can post the RAW files. Most of the initial test files have already been discarded. Quote:

My apologies. - Aanarav

This sample was made by PAL or NTSC HV10?
And the video is not a native m2t file, but re-encoded? I asked because i see on sample "3" and "4" some mpeg problems at rocks (left side), and i hope this is because of re-encode, and the original footage doesnt have this effect. |
