HV10 - what tapes should I use? (Sony or Panasonic?)

If you had an HV10 would you use sony HD mini-DV tape or premium sony tape or use Panasonic tape?

I have heard that certain tape brands (Sony vs Panasonic) use diffent lubricant and it dosnt matter as long as you stick to a certain kind and never change brands.
All these kinds of tape they sell at best buy. I lean toward using Sony Premium tape since it can be found more often and panasonic is harder to find.

What would you do?
