How do I get audio meters to show on G10 (same as xa10 I believe)
Hi,
I can't seem to find a setting to turn on the audio meters for the Canon G10. Can someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction? I'm guessing the menu is very similar to the XA10 since it's almost the same camera. Thanks! LB |

Do you have the camera set to record in M - Manual mode and not Auto?
Audio level bars do not show in Auto Mode. |

Thanks Jim. That wasn't the problem but I didn't know that and good to know.
Found it. Function > Mic Level. At the bottom there is an Audio Level Indicator button. Had to hit that. I was looking for the setting as a top level menu option. |
