HV40 Replacement Still Buzzes at DVinfo.net

Hi Guys, I got my HV40 replaced from Bhphoto.com because the tape drive buzzing was awfully loud. The replacement came and it is much quieter but still buzzes a little. Can anybody comment on whether there's a breakin period to where the buzzing will eventually go away? Many thanks.

This is a bit worrying - I was going to get one while Canon still make them. As I said before, my HV-30s don't do this.

Is it worse in record mode like the one you sent back, or does it make the same noise all the time?

The cause of the "BUZZ" is a poorly designed or malfunctioning lower head drum assembly.

It only gets worse-sorry.
