HV20 and Intensity Pro

I've connected my HV20 to Intensity Pro card but Blackmagic media Express reports "No video input"

HV20 is turned on in camera mode and I've tried record mode.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Andy

The problem is you need to open an editing application like Final Cut Pro (MAC) or Vegas (PC).
I've never got Media Express to work.
Hope this helps,

Updating the software to the latest version has fixed it.
