Intercutting Canon HG10 and Ex-1 in Final Cut?
I'm shooting a home repair instructional video tomorrow where the main shooting will be done with 2 EX-1's but other scenes will be done with a Canon HG-10 which I am just looking at now and don't know much about .
I'm not sure what it will be cut on - I suspect Final Cut Pro, though Vegas is another possibility. Couple of questions - Do I want to shoot in 24P or 60i ( generally prefer progressive ) I assume i want to shoot the EX @ 1080 since the canon is also 1080, but the EX is 1920 x1080 and the Canon 1440 x 1080 How will this work in a timeline in FCP and do I need anything to adjust the difference in pixel count or size? How do I get the HG10 video into Final Cut Pro? Thanks Lenny Levy |
