DIY Lens Hood

Hi folks,

For anyone interested in making their own Lens Hood, here's what I've made.

I used a strip of Mouse Pad, some Stiff Thin Cardboard, some Hot Melt Glue, a bit of Black Cloth Tape, and some Flat Black Paint. For maybe 50 cents worth of materials.

Just make to a length that does not cause vignetting.

It simply slips on over the front lens barrel area. Simple, easy, cheap, and it works.
