Archiving to DVD with Adobe Premier Elemets 3

This is probably the wrong forum to post this but I was hoping to find someone using Adobe Primier Elements 3.

I've been trying to backup via DVD my projects on Elements 3. There is an archive function under file. It will let me archive to another hard drive but not burn a DVD.

I have burned projects to DVD via another program but then Elements 3 won't retrieve them from the disk.

Any suggestions?

If there is a better forum or place to ask this, please let me know.

Thanks much.
