30p + cine mode + image effects
For those HV30 owners who are using 30p + cine mode, which image effects setting are you using, and why?
Also, is Image Effects "off" the same as Custom "0 settings"? |

I personally use no image effects, but I always use "neutral color" setting. This allows me to color grade better on post.

Yeah, that's what I meant. :)
I am using neutral, to, well, neutralize the camera's saturation/sharpness boost that all manufacturers add in their consumer cameras. The more punchy a footage is, the more difficult it is to color grade it properly on post. |
