hg10 vhf10 and 24v60i for greenscreen?

So in doing mainly greenscreen with these which is the better the new hf10 recording at 1920x1080 or the older hg10 recording 1920but saving 1440x1080 to file?

Would that make a difference for greenscreen?

and for mainly greenscreen would 60i be better than 24P? and if using the hf would 30P be better than 60i and 24P?

I am also considering the sony SR11 over the HF10 if it seems the 60i would be better or as good as the 24P for this, any reason that I should not do that?
