Anything I need to know?

I just got my HV20 mainly as a "B" camera and a "deck" for my Canon A1. Is there anything special I should know about it, or is this just another "camera?"

How about for using it as a deck? Anything special?

I can't imagine anything special, but I know if there IS, someone here knows about it.

Thanks.

If it's FireWire importing, or HDMI, you're good to go. The HV20 can read all the formats the XH-A1 can record, so you're set.
