Missing bottom plate screws from GL2
I just found out that I am missing 4 screws from the bottom plate of my GL2. Has anyone replaced these and at what price and source?

I lost mine while working with out knowing it while the tripod was on it. went to my local eyeglass center and asked to see old screws from glasses. I actually found some. It was a miracle. however if you have an old junk camera around the screws are almost identical. I foundt his out after I found the glasses screws but needed one more!
I put a dab of JB weld in the plate before I screwed it togerther. It is a two part welding epoxy that secured the plate. No more problems. Good luck |

Great idea
I don't have the old junk camera but there are plenty of eyeglass centers around. Thanks for the tip. I'm not sure I want to make the attachment permanent with J & B Weld though.

THe JB weld stays a tad flexable. It is able to be removed later with force if it were neccessary. I thougth using like a thread lock gel or something would be too much for the tiny screws.
