AudioVideo Output with STV-250N Stereo Video cable
Has anyone had any issues with the Stereo Video cable connected to your TV/monitor from the Canon GL-2? Just yesterday my output to a monitor and TV failed to produce a picture. The connection has worked fine in the past and briefly worked on a shoot yesterday then all of a sudden failed.
To check the situation out further while troubleshooting, I connected the Stereo Video Cable cable to another backup camcorder and all worked fine. This cable has a mini plug inserted into the yellow A/V connecton on the back my Canon GL-2 and three connectors on the other end. Yellow for video and red/white for audio. Any input from others who might also have had this problem or a potential solution would be most helpful. As it stands now it looks like I have to send it in to MAck for warranty repair. Thanks
