GL2 Motion Trails

Hi, I have a new GL2. I am getting motion trails when there is a lot of white. I have checked my settings and the shutter speed is on auto. Has anyone experienced this? Should I return the camera? My sister has a GL2 and we shot the events together. She has the same settings and does not experience any motion trails.

thanks,
Janice

Sounds like the Gain setting is on +12dB or so. Check to insure that Gain is set to +0dB. Refer to the GL2 operator's manual for specific instructions.
