That's great Grazie!. The 521 Pro is $100 cheaper than the 523, and can be clamped on about any handle. It it were available when I may my purchase I would have gone for it. I had tried the ZOE, and although it had its charms I just didn't like the feel and returned it. I love the feel of the 523.

And I must say that with my GL2 sitting atop an old, inherited two-ton set of Bogen legs with a 116 hemispherical head, with XLR umbilicals running to the house board and to my nearby stand-mounted AT3031, and my Beachtek's limiter diodes flashing, and my headphones on, and the 523 Pro pan handle aglow with blinking and steady red lights, I even fool myself ;>]
