Canon servicing? at DVinfo.net

I havent had the chance to check the search option about other threads, but does anybody know how much it costs to have your camera serviced in by Canon?

It depends on what's wrong with it. You should count on at least $250 for them to even clean the lens. By all reports I've seen over the years they've been fair.

Cost me $2xx to get the zoom ribbon fixed on my GL2. Thing went out couple days after my warranty passed...ARGggg
