Chris: I've edited my post. Premiere indeed does NOT come
with TMPGEnc. It must have been a mix up on my part. It comes
with the Main Concept MPEG Encoder indeed.

In my (and other people's) opinion TMGPEnc and ProCoder are
still better than the Main Concept one though.
