Can you get a hot shoe adaptor to connect two things?
Hi,
I would like to connect a microphone and light to my XM2 (What the GL2 is called in australia), but I don't know if this is possible. Otherwise can I purchase a microphone with a different type of camera bracket mount so I can still use my light. I already have a VL-10Li Thanks Jason

Bracket1
You can purchase this bracket for your wireless mic receiver, leaving your shoe free for other things.
http://bracket1.com/ B&H and EVS sells them online. |

I bought a cool lux bracket thingy and you can see it in use here http://droptodesign.com/test/camera/ As you can see, I have it vertical to the camera, but you can lossen the nut on the adapter and turn it horizontal. While I wouldn't run through the desert with too much weight on this adapter, it holds both of my mics just fine.

I've also heard the mini rover is a good product, but the shoe is not "hot."
Check B&H and I think the manufactuer sells it direct, www.videosmith.com |
