GL2 instructions
I just bought a GL2, but am an ultra amateur. The instruction booklet is helpful, but contains some things I don't understand. For instance, I'd like to add titles to my videos, but don't know what "title mix " is--tried to watch Tustin's tutorial, but can't get it displayed on my computer for some reason. Do I type in a title on my computer and transfer it to the tape somehow? Any help, or suggestions for reading material for newbies would be appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks Chris--I've tried to get that up, but my computer says "this page cannot be displayed"--my son who's a computer head can't get it to display either. Any ideas on how to get it? Does it display when you click on that address?

You should be able to click on it (it's a link), but if that doesn't work try copying this into your browser's address field:

Dear Chris,
Thanks for trying to help me--I'm still unable to get the tutorial video. I get the thread fine--I typed in the address you gave me and got the same thread, but I cannot get the video to come up. Do YOU get it if you click on the link provided? If you get the actual video, then I'll know there's something wrong with my computer.... |

Ann --
Keep reading the thread. On page 2, Chris posts a link to a mirror of the tutorial, hosted here at dvinfo.net. As Ken Tanaka states later on in the thread: "Tustin has been away from the forum since July, 2003 and it looks like his server is gone, too. We still have the .WMV version here at the link posted by Chris earlier in this thread." So the link in the first post doesn't work anymore, but Chris' link on page 2 still does. |
