Image Stabilization
Hello everyone,
I've read about some cameras lose image quality when you use the image stabilization while you record video, but does this happen with the GL2? While using my tripod I usually turn off the image stabilization, but I leave it on for use on my video dolly because of various small bumps and jitters while it moves. Thanks for any feedback! |

The GL2 uses Optical Image Stabilization, one of Canon's core technologies. There is no loss of image quality in this mode.

....but make sure you turn it off on the tripod. Mine seem to wander a little when on the tripod and not moving.
