5D Mark III Picture Style for Video?
Ok... before I pack my new 5D Mark III ready for my vacation, Wedding and honeymoon in Maui (leaving tomorrow!), what picture style have we all decided is the best for landscape, action, wedding, general purpose video shooting?
The camera is new to me, I have had it about a week, and most of that week has been spent getting ready for the wedding and finishing some projects shot previously with my 5D Mark II. I've seen one suggestion for editing the Faithful style and turning down the sharpening. I've had mixed results with CineStyle on the 5D Mark II. Any suggestions would be appreciated... I'll check the forum again before I go to bed tonight! :-) |

Re: 5D Mark III Picture Style for Video?
`The whole purpose of Cinestyle is to shoot a flat, wider dynamic range video that will lend itself to post color grading. If you aren't going to do that, then you probably shouldn't be using it. I do like the Faithful style for normal video type finish.
