Horizontal Banding Using Glidetrak?

Most of my motion shots using the glidetrak and the 5D mark II have horizontal thin strips of banding. I have adequate light (doesnt happen in the dark) and it like "Interlaces" when moving. You can see it in close up shots, not in middle or wide range. I use a 50mm 1.2 lens.
