Magic Lantern firmware v0.1.9 - My custom cropmarks won't show up...
Hi guys,
I'm trying to make some custom cropmarks to use with v0.1.9 of the Magic Lantern firmware on my 5DMKII (which I presume is the latest build), but none of them are showing up on my 5D's LCD. I've also tried the custom cropmarks available here, but they won't show up either. All the cropmark files I've made were made in Photoshop, and are 720x480, using the RGB Color Mode @ 8 Bits/Channel, and saved as OS/2 24 Bit BMPs. I've also tried editing already existing cropmark files, in case I was doing something wrong when creating them from scratch. The only cropmark files that will show up on my 5D, is the original that comes with the Magic Lantern firmware, and the "sample croppings" here. Any ideas where I could be going wrong? DD. |

I've got a brand new 5D just 2 weeks out of the box and I can't get Magic Lantern to install at all.
How old is your 5D and what CF card are you using? |

Yeah, that's the version I have been working with. I can now install ML with a 16GB instead of a 32gb cf card but it freezes the camera up after about a minute or two, especially if I take a still shot while in "movie+stills" mode. Not sure why it does that, I really just want ML for the audio features. Thanks |
