New Magic Lantern/higher bitrates. . .worth it?

Hi. Sorry if I missed similar topics elsewhere, just wondering if anyone's tried shooting at the newly available higher bitrates and if it's worth it?

Can you go into detail with examples of where you would see the difference in the picture/compression? Thanks.

Also, what are the card requirements to make use of these new bitrates?
