I upgraded to the latest version of the 5D mk II firmware (2.0.7) and so far (about 30 mins of footage), I've not seen any skipping/stuttering on the footage. Time will tell if 2.0.7 has fixed this for me.

Hi guys,

I also updated the firmware last night and will be conducting some test soon. We have been very busy flying a Red One for the past couple weeks, so the 5D has seen no action lately.
