5DII at American Idol!
I did some work for the American Idol Denver auditions and saw one of the DPs constantly lugging around a 5DII with him wherever he went. So I spent some time talking to him about it and the footage that they were shooting with it IS going to be broadcast this season. They were using it for strictly b-roll so if you watch American Idol keep an eye out for extreme telephoto racks and fisheye material because it will be all 5DII footage.
