Zeiss Contax lens compatibiliy with 5D Mark II

I have the Zeiss Contax 28mm f2.8, 50mm f1.4 and 135mm f2.8. I have adapted them all to work on my 1Ds Mark III and they work great. Will there be any trouble with using them on the 5D Mark II? I saw a thread on the forum about the 85mm lens scraping the mirror! Do I have anything to worry about?
