Canon gets serious about marketing the 5dmkII to press photographers

My friend DJ Clark was recently commissioned by Canon to run this for some of the country's top press photographers. They loaned out over 20 5dmkII cameras and assorted kit. MA Photography Blog (international photojournalism, documentary and travel photography

Looks like they are serious about getting pros to use the video functions.

I sure hope each and every one of those press photographers told Canon that the video functions need manual control!

Xavier,

A point not lost on the Chinese, China is also 50i/25p. You would think Canon could spare a thought for such a huge market!

Dan,

I think your finger slipped... that should be a "4", rather than a "5". :-)

I'll take either (preferably both.) No one will notice a 4% speed change. :)
