Sigma 2X Teleconverter for 5D MKII Canon or Nikon

Hi, I'm buying a Sigma 2X Teleconverter for my Sigma 70-200 2.8 Nikon Fit (With adapter) Lens. I just wondered there is any diference of using the Canon Fit or The Nikon Fit (with Adapter) in the 5d MK for video. Thanks
