Exporting 5D foootage to the tape, framerate conversion?

Might it be possible to sent the footage from NLE to tape based camcorder or tape deck.
If it is possible European users could maybe export 30fps native timeline to 25fps equipment?
I just thought about the tape export so sorry for not researching it by myself.

If it is possible one could get away with HDV conversion in 0.5x realtime.

Thanks,
T
