Which Lenses Provide Lens Data in Magic Lantern?
I can't find a comprehensive list for which lenses, of all makes and models, will provide me with the lens data that magic lantern offers- especially focal distance and fun stuff like that. My cheap-but-great Canon 50mm, for example, does not provide that info while my Tokina does- which surprises me because I didn't think it was that "old" of a lens. So is there a list somewhere of what lenses have the (I'm guessing) correct chip?
thanks! And does anyone know if the Canon 24-105 f/4L IS USM does? |

Re: Which Lenses Provide Lens Data in Magic Lantern?
My Canon EF-S 18-135, EF 100-300 USM and Tokina 12-24 all give the right info in ML. Nice feature!
I have the 50mm too and that doesn't show it with me either. Haven't noticed it before but a quik test proofed it.
