How can I de-fish video?
I love my Nikon 10.5mm Fisheye Lens for shooting stills, because when used with de-fishing software, I get a second lens -- an ultra-wide angle -- at no extra charge. Is there a NLE, or add-on that let's me de-fish video?

Just do it in photoshop or whatever. But yes, some NLE have distortion effects that could fix this.

Yes, and you will have 24 or 30 frames per second (approximately) that you can run automated through photoshop. This is exactly how it's done with film for VFX.
