I didn't tried the DVRig, but I use something very similar, the Steadystick
http://www.dvcreators.net/steady-stick/ B&H Sells it for about 60$. It works great. Period! http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/210200-REG/Davis_Sanford_SS3C.html I removed the side handle and I am using it with the neck strap of the camera fully extended. Very steady!

Interesting.
Just last week, I was thinking about using a flagpole-bearers belt along with a monopod for support, and for quick mobility. Then I saw this thread.... |
