Trying to mount 7D to rod with follow focus.
I just bought a Redrock micro follow focus for my 7D. I have letus rods V1 Support Rods. I thought I had everything to mount the camera on to the rods with the follow focus but just found out the hard way that I am missing some kind of hardware interface (DSLR baseplate?) to mount the camera to the rod. I found this but not sure if this is what I need. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/672564-REG/Redrock_Micro_8_017_0007.html. Wow $200 is there a cheaper solution?

From that photo of the V1 system, it has the baseplate.

thanks bill. I think I need this.http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/672648-REG/Redrock_Micro_3_043_0002.html the base plate on the V1 does not allow clearance for the follow focus and 7D.
